Trigger Point Therapy

Nasyam (Sleep Easy & Sinus Treatment)

It is an ancient Indian Ayurvedic treatment to remove mucous clogs from nasal passage and improve sleep. It stimulates the brain cells, alleviates neck problems, insomnia, migraine and E&T problems. It is also highly effective in treating sinusitis and chronic cold. In Nasyam medicated herbal preparations used for gentle massage over the forehead and face followed by swedana (mild facial steam). Slightly warmed medicated oil instilled in to the nostrils in prescribed dosage to unclog nose and improve sleep.
